Since 1998, we, from Argentina, have been providing delicious, natural pure pork sausages
to discerning meat purveyors, creative chefs, seasoned pit masters and conscientious consumers who demand the best quality. Over the years, and across two generations, we have grown and perfected our craft.

FAMILY TRADITION
The family history of our company dates back to the end of the 20th century when Guillermo Federico Etchechoury returned to his hometown of Tandil and discovered an ideal climate for making salami and cured sausages. With his expertise and the mountain air, a unique synergy emerged that gave rise to the unmistakable flavor that characterizes our products. Over time, our salamis and sausages gained popularity beyond the borders of Tandil and began to be served in the leading hotels and restaurants of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Don Federico started a family legacy that has been carried on for two generations and remains the foundation of our company today. We continue to uphold the values of respecting traditions, preserving the environment in which we live and produce, and striving for quality in everything we do.
IT'S ALL IN THE NAME
In 2022, following the same passion that inspired us in Argentina, we are excited to announce the opening of WeARGourmet in North America. Our company takes great pride in its roots, and the "WE" in our name represents the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to bring our customers the very best products. The "AR" stands for Argentina, the country we call home and where we draw our inspiration, while the "Gourmet" in our name represents the level of quality that we strive for in everything we do. At WeARGourmet, we believe that high-quality ingredients and attention to detail are essential for creating the best possible culinary experiences for our customers. We are excited to share our passion for premium sausages with our new customers in North America and look forward to continuing to expand our brand around the world.
