Tips for cooking chorizos on the grill

Our premium chorizos are the perfect complement for the grill, crafted from fresh and lean meat, and featuring natural ingredients that will elevate your grilling experience.

  1. Preheat the grill.
Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. This will help ensure that the chorizos cook evenly and prevent them from sticking to the grill.

  2. Grill the chorizos.
Place the chorizos on the grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally. Use tongs to handle the chorizos and avoid piercing them with a fork, as this can cause the juices to escape.

  3. Check for doneness.
To ensure that the chorizos are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check their internal temperature. The temperature should read 160°F (71°C) before removing them from the grill.

  4. Rest before serving.
Once the chorizos are cooked, remove them from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute and make the chorizos more tender and flavorful.

  5. Serve with complementary sides.
Chorizos are a great addition to any grilled meal, and they pair well with a variety of sides. Consider serving them with grilled vegetables, a fresh salad, or some crusty bread for a delicious and satisfying meal.
